1. About Learn with Dr Michael

• Learn with Dr Michael is a private tutoring service operated solely by Dr Michael Ng.

• Tutoring is offered in subjects including Economics and Business Studies (GCSE, A-Level, IB, HKDSE, and other levels as agreed).

3. Bookings and Payments

• Lessons must be booked in advance through the agreed booking method (e.g., website, email, or direct arrangement).

• Payment methods will be agreed individually.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• Refunds (if applicable) are at the discretion of Dr Michael.
  
  

5. Responsibilities of Students

• Students are expected to attend sessions on time and be prepared with necessary materials.

• Students must use respectful communication during lessons.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for students under 18.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• Tutoring is provided in good faith to support learning.

• Learn with Dr Michael does not guarantee specific exam results or grades.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr Michael shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the tutoring services.
  
  

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data (name, email, year of study, subject) is collected only to provide tutoring services.

• No financial information is collected or stored.

8. Intellectual Property

• All lesson materials, notes, and resources provided by Dr Michael remain the intellectual property of Learn with Dr Michael.
