Booking Procedure

1. After completing the booking form, you will receive a "Booking" email (please remember to also check the spam mail box), the selected timeslot(s) have been reserved, but booking is NOT yet confirmed until payment is made. In the "Booking" email, "Booking reference no." will be available for bank transfer.

2. To confirm the booking, payment is required within 48 hours. Please remember to state the "Booking reference no." in the bank transfer reference.

3. Once the payment is made, you will receive a "Confirmation" email (please remember to also check the spam mail box). In the "Confirmation" email, you will receive lesson plan, teaching notes, payment invoice and online meeting details.
