Booking Procedure - After completing the booking form, once the payment is made, you will receive a "Confirmation" email (please remember to also check the spam mail box). In the "Confirmation" email, you will receive lesson plan, teaching notes, payment invoice and online meeting details.

24-hour Cancellation Policy
24-hour Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel tutorial class booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the timeslot to other students.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a non-refundable fee. For cancellation with sufficient notice, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days once you provide your bank details.
If you need to cancel booking, click the "Cancel Booking" button, WhatsApp me your "Booking Reference No." and bank details, you will receive a "Booking Cancellation" email.
If you do not use WhatsApp, you can email me with your "Booking Reference No." and bank details at drmichael@learnwithdrmichael.com, you will receive a "Booking Cancellation" email.
